So I drag his lifeless body from the bathroom, wrap it in bedsheets and then out into the corridor. Near the lift there is a room with a boiler and a central AC. I put his body inside that and attach a short suicide note:
‘Dear world, I am an illegal, blackmailing immigrant who does not know shit about anything. I do not even know how to make a biodata. My life is meaningless. I have killed myself by exploding my head. Please tell my family in India so they can organize a dinner party and celebrate my death.
Truly,
Chutiya Sugandh’
I told Sugandh that his jokes were very funny but he should leave my room immediately. So he left laughing.
Then I quickly checked to make sure he hadn’t gone through any papers, documents or bags. Everything seemed fine.
Dominic is correct. Something is going on.
Sugandh is a bastard.

Nowadays Rahul Gupta is the first to come and last to leave. And I have a feeling he is doing this to overtake Dominic. Maybe that is what is bothering Dominic? That Rahul is trying to eclipse him in the promotion and appraisal stakes?
There was a farewell party for all the interns today. Jenny was there with that boy she is always hanging around with. I think they are in a relationship. But I am not sure. Not that I care. But I don’t think HR should be tolerating romantic relationships amongst interns. They only come here for two or three months. Where is the time for romance?
Nonsense.
All the interns came over to say thanks. One or two of them asked me if I was feeling better nowadays. Ha ha ha. So funny. Chutiyas.
Finally Jenny came. We shook hands. I told her that I hoped we could part on good terms. She didn’t smile but said ok. And then she said that if I could stop being an asshole, I could be a nice guy sometimes. I said ‘same to you’ and both of us smiled. We exchanged contacts. She asked me to take very good care of LLTLF and to maintain the standards she has already set. I promised to do my best.
I think I will miss Jenny a lot after she is gone. We have never been friends or lovers. But there was a certain chemistry between us which, given enough time, could have blossomed into an affair or maybe some hanky-panky after an office party.
At least I have the backup of her photos still with me.

Later. Dinner at Tom’s house. His birthday party.
11.02 p.m.
Why, Diary, why? Why does Tom Pastrami still have to siphon funds from Lederman? Why is he so greedy.
His house near Hyde Park is freaking HUGE! Bigger than Kochi airport. I swear.
