East branch cut a new bed just to the west of the first

bridge on ______ Rd. aka country route __. All people east

of the bridge are unable to cross the creek. There is a second location farther east where a smaller creek also tore through.

100+ special-needs campers. They have a generator that has been running the entire time. They are fully staffed

but have been unable to get to town. National Guard told them they hope to have a one-lane “bridge”
