I’m very grateful for the cover of this book. Thank you Russell Kleyn for the photograph and Franca for allowing us to use your likeness. Thanks to Fergus, Ashleigh and Kirsten who worked on the design of the cover and thanks also to Ebony Lamb for the author photo.

Thanks finally to the team at Victoria University Press who not only made this a book but made it a better book than I could have managed by myself. Fergus Barrowman, Ashleigh Young, Therese Lloyd, Craig Gamble, Kyleigh Hodgson, thanks for the fun and the work. Thanks also to Rachel Barrowman and Jasmine.
