Trudy and her female friends of the AKS enjoy dressing in Victorian era attire for their socials while their submissive husbands and significant others serve them tea and wait on them as their servants. For hostesses during the Victorian era, Tea Time was an opportunity for the ladies to compete with each other in the elegance of their settings, as well as in the refreshments that they might offer to their guests. Noblewoman, Anna, Duchess of Bedford, created the custom of drinking and serving tea to friends in the late afternoon. Because she grew impatient with the late hour for dining which was fashionable in the 18th Century, she began to invite her friends to visit her and share a snack of tea, bread, and butter. These "tea parties" quickly became a popular social event, where women could share conversation and the latest gossip. By the 19th century, afternoon tea was a regular event in upper-and middle-class homes in both Europe and in the United States. While Trudy’s socials usually take place at night, the women get into the spirit of the Victorian age by their attire and by having their male partners serving them tea and refreshments.

The AKS women demand obedience and respect from their husbands and they enforce their loving female authority by administering regular over the knee spankings or for more serious offenses, they use the chosen implement of the AKS, the cane. In Trudy’s marriage, Norman does the majority of the housework and she requires that he don a maid’s outfit when he cleans her house and irons her clothing.
