Once we got to the estate, Alexander parked the car and we both got out. He grabbed the body from the back of the car.

"Do you mind doing some work?" Alexander says as we walk to the front door.

"I am not the one who made the first move to get him. You did," I say before opening the front door.

"They're here!" I hear Jane yell. I see her run towards me, and she wraps her arms around me. "Oh my god, thank god you're okay."

"Jane, I am fine," I say while letting go of her. "Where are my mom and dad?"

"In the office with Leo and Emma."

I nod my head and turn to look at Alexander. "Just put the body in one of the cells downstairs. You know the way," I say before walking to where the office is.

None of the family is here right now because they are staying at the guest house. My father thought that since my mother has such a big family, whenever they come to visit, they can stay in the guest house that my father made.

It has a few rooms for everyone because my dad says that he likes his personal space so that is why he made a separate house for them to stay in. But we have a lot of guest rooms here as well.

I walk into my father's office without knocking and I see both Alexander's parents, Leo and Emma, and my parents.

My father is sitting in his chair while my mother is pacing back and forth behind him while looking down. Emma is sitting in a chair and then Leo is standing next to my father looking down at papers on his desk.

I close the door making them all look at me.

My mom looks at me and she walks towards me and wraps her arms around me. "Oh my god, Thalia. Are you okay?" my mom pulls away to look at my face and she puts her hands on my face making sure I am okay.

"I'm fine, mom," I say, taking her hands off of my face and holding them in my hands. "I am okay."

"Where is Alexander?" Emma asks, standing up from her seat.

"He is-"

"Right here," I hear Alexander say as he walks inside the office. I turn around and see he has some blood on his white dress shirt and his hands are also bruised. "I had to get some info," Alexander states.

I turn my head and ignore how hot my face feels.

Emma walks towards him and she hugs him. "Oh, I'm so glad you're okay."

"I'm fine ma, don't worry," Alexander states as he lets his mother hug him.
