"Okay. Please be careful," I say before walking away from him. I feel someone grab my wrist and I turn around and see a guy. His fist comes close to my face before I dodge it and deck him in the face and kick him in the balls. He falls to the floor while holding his balls. I grab his hair to make him look at me. "Who is the second heir? Who do you work for?" The guy is just wincing while shaking his head from side to side. I grip his hair tighter. "Tell me or else I will stab your eye out and leave you to bleed out wishing that I killed you," I threaten.

"Cam Ivanov."

"Cam Ivanov? What does he look like?" The guy continues shaking his head. I roll my eyes and take my heel from my other foot and stab him in the eye and I use my other heel to stab him in his hand that is holding his balls. "I told you I would do that if you didn't answer my question. Have fun with that. You will be dead by the time this is over."

"Thalia!"

I was about to walk away but I hear my name get called. I get pushed to the floor and I hear a gunshot go off. I look up and I see Alexander on the floor holding his chest.

I get up and run towards Alexander.

I sit next to him and hold his head on my lap. "Stay with me, Xander, please," I say while trying to contain the tears in my eyes. "We're going to help you. We are going to get you help, don't worry," I say reassuringly while moving the hair out of his face.

"Thalia," Alexander rasps out.

"I'm here, don't worry. I'm right here. I'm not leaving you," I say as a tear trails down my cheek.

"Cameron," Alexander rasps out and then he pushes his gun towards me.

I furrow my eyebrows at him before I look up and see what he means.

"Hello, baby." I see Cameron with a smirk on his face while walking closer to me and Alexander.

"No." I shake my head from side to side. "Don't tell me you-"

"The heir to the throne," Cameron chuckles. "You could have had a king but instead you chose a weak assassin."

I look down at Alexander and see him closing his eyes, but I lightly slap his face. "Keep your eyes open please, just keep them open for me."

"Time to get over him, Thalia," Cameron raises his gun to Alexander.

Before he can shoot him, I grab the gun from Alexander and shoot Cameron multiple times making him fall to the floor.

I look back at Alexander. "Why would you save me?" I ask as more tears fall down my cheeks.
