Chapters (23)
This has been a strange story, my life. But the strangest coincidence yet has been that Hubby does not read blogs. While I have written anonymously, I’ve written honestly. If only Mr Sinha had read this blog even once, he would’ve known what his wife was up to.
But such is the arrogance of the man, such belief in the hold he has over me, that he’s never expected me to speak out. He has always thought me to be his doormat. His personal bitch.
I wish the best of luck to Mr Sinha and Ms Malik, they deserve each other. I’ve been told Mr Sinha has a legendary nose for news, I hope it comes in handy. I have no doubts Ms Malik will come out of all this with flying colours. She is after all a strong woman—a woman who ‘does not take things lying down’. You can see it for yourself in the videos. Ms Malik takes it quite well standing up, too.
Without further ado then, please click on these links to see the videos.
PS: I hope they catch whoever leaked those videos. Such a nasty thing to do.

Dial M for Mayhem
Where have the last twenty-four hours gone? Maybe it’s the pregnancy, maybe it’s just me; but somehow my days seem to be bleeding into each other.
Sid staying away from home is becoming a perpetual truth of my marriage. All I seem to have is the certain knowledge that I am having a baby that Sid doesn’t know about—and many questions, the same questions.
Where is Sid? Where was he last night? Is he in trouble at work? Is he avoiding me …? But why would he do that? Why doesn’t he tell me what’s bothering him?
After the whole blogger fiasco at work yesterday, I had really been looking forward to having a chat and a quiet time with Sid. We’ve had only very few, rare evenings together—when he’s not been working super-late or sitting before the computer at home. Then we’ve sat and watched TV together. Neither of us really talks or discusses anything but I think we share a sort of silent camaraderie. I also like being around him.
But Sid didn’t come home again. I presume he was at work since the text message he sent was no explanation at all. It just said, ‘Can you be home tomorrow evening?’
Where was Sid expecting me to go?
Anyway, it is ‘tomorrow evening’ and at least I know for sure that Sid’s going to be home today. I hope he doesn’t have something strange to tell me—like he’s been fired—because I’ve had enough strangeness at work for one day.
