They are given a choice. If they are truly fine ladies, as they seem to be, or as they are pretending to be, they are to be treated with elegance and respect. They will be blindfolded, their hands will be tied behind their backs, and one by one, fully clothed, they will walk the plank, thence to plunge to the waiting sharks. If, on the other hand, they are not really fine ladies, and are only pretending to be such, and are truly, beneath their finery, only common sluts, they need not walk the plank. Let us suppose that one beauty, she who challenged the captain, chooses the plank. She is, accordingly, graciously escorted to the plank. There she sees the sharks twisting below, waiting. She begins to tremble. But she is blindfolded and bound, and, with cutlass points, and poles, thrust out on the plank. There she is ordered to walk. She begins to walk the plank. She does not know where its end is; it is narrow; it moves beneath her; she senses the water below; she knows the sharks are waiting. She cannot free her hands; she cannot see. “Walk!” she is commanded. She steps further forth. She hesitates. “Walk!” she is commanded. “No! No! No!” she weeps. “Don’t kill me! I’m a slut! Only a slut!”
She is dragged back to the deck.
“Strip the sluts,” orders the captain. The women are stripped on the deck. Their jewelry is taken. Their hair is unbound. The girl’s hands, she who had challenged the captain and had begun to walk the plank, remain bound. Her blindfold is removed. She was perhaps of nobility. To the pirates she is only another wench and slut.
“Fire the ship,” orders the captain.
The taken ship is set afire. The women, naked, in cargo nets with the other treasure, are swung to the deck of the pirate ship. The ropes tieing the ships together are cut, and the two ships drift apart, one burning and sinking, the other filled with the victorious pirates and their booty.
What will be the fate of the women? Will the captain reserve the proud girl to himself, or will he give her, with the others, to the crew? When he gets to his port, will he keep her, or will he sell her, with the others?
We may rest assured that the girl will be well used, and will serve her masters well.
If one happens to own a boat, even a small sail boat, that could provide a locus for this fantasy. In this fantasy, whether enacted on the water or not, much would be simply imagination. For example, two boats would not be involved, and there would be no cargo nets. Further, plank walking, even if the woman should only pretend to be bound, should not actually occur. It is simply too dangerous. The value of a boat, of course, is that it does take the fantasy on the water; it does ensure privacy; many women find boats sexy; and there is a sweet motion to intercourse, as one mixes one’s love with the movements of the ship and the sea.
