It is not so much that Platonic sex and Miller sex are only parts of the story; it is rather that they are hopeless distortions of the story. It is not merely that they are incomplete; it is rather that they are stupid. Any male who has a chance at a whole woman and settles for less is a jerk. A woman is utterly marvelous and fantastic. She has a history, needs, inclinations, temptations, desires, feelings, thoughts; she is incredibly complex and sensitive; and you are going to have her, all of her; she has friends and enemies, and people who like her and people who do not; she can drive or she can’t; she likes certain books or she doesn’t; she has a favorite pair of shoes; she likes the feel of certain undergarments; she doesn’t care for certain kinds of foods; you have been kind to her today or you have not; she has been kind to you today or she has not; and now you have her in your arms; she is stripped and completely open to you; no visual or tactual detriment is allowed to intervene between you; she is bare; her beauty is exposed to you, utterly. She is yours. What a magnificent creature! What a joy and glory to take her! What pleasure to have her! What an exquisite joy to make her cry out with happiness and yield to you. He who fucks less than such a creature is wasting his time. Together, two human beings, mentally and physically stimulating one another, you can create extraordinary and incomprehensibly delicious psychosexual experiences. This can be done by not fearing to bring the incomparable human imagination into your sexual relationships.

How to do this will shortly become clear.

I would now like to discuss, briefly, what we may call square sex.

Square sex in this century would have counted as quite trapezoidal in the Nineteenth Century. What will count as “square” sex in a hundred years is any computer’s guess.
