I was a teenager when I first began writing this book. I knew very little about the world, although I knew that I had a story in my heart. While writing this book there were many late nights that broke into early mornings, many days where my mind drifted into the world I created, and lots of coffee to keep me afloat. I was lucky enough to be surrounded by individuals who inspired me to pursue this project even in the very early stages. This project would have never been where it is now if it wasn’t for them. Here’s a small list of folks I would like to thank: Wanda Lauren Taylor, who had really helped me shape the story from the beginning alongside the team at Formac Publishing. For Ashley Avery, who has motivated me while being a huge support during this entire process. I would also like to thank Jennifer Young for letting me ramble about all of my ideas. For Rebecca Thomas, who has helped me develop above average adulting skill while being a great mentor, and a great friend. For Georgia Konstantinidis, whose friendship has been timeless. For Angela Jorgensen, who has always believed in me. And for Morris Green, I still want to be you when I grow up.
