- Book Club Discussion Questions
A big shout-out to my Book Club girls, who make every fourth Sunday afternoon delightful with delicious foods, drinks, book talk and friendship. The hours we share are never long enough but always cherished.
Thank you to Mike Luke’s gruelling boot-camp sessions, along with (Sara) Everitts Fitness classes for keeping blood pumping through my veins and making me feel so much better about all the hours I sit at my computer.
To my fellow Bachelor fans for our ongoing analysis of each episode. It certainly helped spark ongoing drama in this book. Special mention to Natalie Kavanagh for coming up with the title The One.
I need to mention my local MidCoast Library, which continues to stock fabulous books, put on events and keep a beautiful place to not only read, but write too.
Love and appreciation to Ian Forrest and Madison and Quin McClintock for their encouragement. And a big thank you to the friends and family, near and far, that I feel lucky to have in my life.
And, finally, a shout-out to the community of Old Bar, who I know are cheering me on! I absolutely love where I live.

9. At what point did you realise how Penelope was intertwined in the story?
10. Penelope withholds the truth from Ty to save him from heartache and in hopes he will move on faster. What’s your opinion on this? How do you think you would have reacted if you were in Ty’s position?
