I can’t, I really can’t -- said The Dragon of Fear.
That’s it!
What’s it?
You are The Dragon of Fear, and at this point, you no longer scare me. I’ve made up my mind to leave because I can’t be locked up any longer, because I deserve to look for new things, because the worst thing that can happen to me in this life, is not the worst thing that can happen to me in this life—the worst that can happen to me in this life is nothing! And I will not stay here and let nothing happen to me, absolutely nothing! Now I can feel desire and curiosity. So, look here, Dragon, -- said the Princess, grabbing his face and looking him straight in the eyes -- I am not asking. You will march over to that gate and you will blow through your mouth as hard as you can! You WILL melt that lock and I WILL get out of here no matter what!
The Dragon just looked at her wide-eyed.
Whoa! -- he said in a soft voice. -- No one has ever spoken to me like that before. He was almost in shock.
Move!
The Dragon didn’t say a word. If I say anything, she’ll kill me. He marched over to the gate and stood before the lock. He thought for a moment and grunted. Alright, alright, I’ll do it. He inhaled deeply, held his breath for a moment, crossed the fingers of all four paws and decided to blow. But no fire came out of his mouth. No fire? Only air. Oh, boy. But suddenly the lock started to shake. Mommy! The Dragon ran and tried to hide his enormous body behind the Princess.
What’s going on?!
The lock was shaking harder and harder and suddenly it began to turn to dust. First, the lock crumbled bit by bit, then the chain. The dust flew through the air until, finally, the entire gate disintegrated.
Does that mean I have bad breath?
The arch that was the entrance to the castle was now open. The gate had disappeared and ahead of them they could see the immense forest in all of its splendor.
We gotta get out, we gotta get out, we gotta get out -- said the Princess to herself over and over again.
WE have to get out? We is too many, I’m staying right here.
The Princess took the first step forward. The Dragon covered his eyes, he was terrified. Odai stopped for a moment under the great arch. She breathed in deeply and took the decisive step to leave the castle once and for all.

The Dragon was sitting inside the castle with his paws over his eyes, looking through the cracks between his fingers.
When the Princess stepped outside, the walls of the castle and the tower began to disappear.
