Memories of the nights we’d spent talking on the phone ran through my mind—so much time spent whispering our secrets, planning the future. The sound of his voice as he spoke to me and the way he always made me feel, surged to the forefront of my thoughts and I couldn’t make myself turn away from him as I recalled the things he would say to me. Trevor was dirty and sweet and always full of hope and promises. I tilted my face back as he stepped even closer. My back was to my car as he planted a hand on the roof, caging me in on one side. His eyes never left mine while his face slowly descended. My eyes drift shut as he got ever nearer. Parting my lips, I slowly inhaled. Wow, he smelled so good. His breath fluttered gently over my lips.
