A long time has passed between chapters. For starters, Princess Odai and the Dragon didn’t just spend the night at Prince Charming’s castle, they’ve been there for over two months! But nobody’s complaining. The Prince has behaved like a true gentleman. I’ll try to give you an idea of what the Princess’ stay here has been like so that you get the picture.

To start off, the marvelous breakfast that the Prince had promised really was marvelous. Odai and the Prince have had many days to get to know each other and talk, talk, talk. She looks happy and he is head over heels for her. The Dragon has been very relaxed because, being here with the Prince, he has nothing to fear. The Prince has taken the Princess to swim in the river, for long horseback rides, moonlit dinners and in general it feels like everything is building up to be a perfect fairytale ending.

Right now, they are talking in front of the fountain. It’s a clear night, with a full moon. The Dragon is running around the garden having fun and the Writer has left the Princess and Prince alone, because Prince Charming has asked him very politely. But he can see their silhouettes in the distance. They have been talking for a while, they just hugged, the Princess gave the Prince a kiss and now she is running towards me.

I can’t believe it! I can’t believe it! -- Clearly there was something that the Princess couldn’t believe.

What happened?

He asked me! He asked me to marry him!

And what did you say?

I said YES!

Really? Congratulations, Princess!

Thank you, Writer, thank you so much! The wedding is in a week and everyone’s invited.

The week went by fast. It was a grand wedding, breathtaking, extraordinary and phenomenal. The Princess wore a beautiful white embroidered dress and the Prince a very elegant tuxedo. They both looked stunning and extremely happy.

We are all gathered outside the church saying farewell to the newlyweds who are about to leave. They have planned a fantastic honeymoon.

The Princess was bidding farewell to the guests as the Prince was putting the suitcases in the carriage. The Dragon was happy, because as we know, the Princess can’t get rid of him, so he was going with them... it will be an unusual honeymoon, but it will still be incredible.

The Dragon sat on the roof of the carriage. He was smiling as though he were the one that just got married. The newlyweds finished saying their farewells and the carriage took off.

Princess Odai had found everything she ever dreamed of: she conquered fear, escaped from the tower, learned from life, found love, and was now looking at a happy future.

THE END.

...

...

...

The carriage suddenly stopped. The door opened and the Princess ran out quickly towards the Writer.

Are you crazy?

What now?
