“You can do this,” I tell my reflection. “It’s just a date. You know how to date, don’t you?” I hate lying to myself, but I need this encouragement to balance out the hard-on Nadia gave me and the gigantic ass butterflies flitting in my stomach at the prospect of seeing Jourdan again. “You can do this,” I say again. I sound much less sure of myself the second time around, so I step out of the car feeling just as nervous as before.

I lock my car and shove my keys into the pocket of my jacket. When I check my phone, I see that I’m right on time, and Jourdan hasn’t texted me, canceling our date out of the blue, a strange fear I’d harbored on the drive over. I shove my phone in my pocket, zip it up, and look around. It’s only then that I realize I have no idea what Jourdan’s car looks like. She seemed to just appear at the coffee shop, and she does the same today.

“Good morning,” she calls from behind me again. I think this might be her thing.

There’s a small park at the start of the trail with a playset for kids, and when I turn around, that’s where I find Jourdan. She’s pumping her legs on the swing set and watching me with a small grin on her face.

I start walking through the grass toward her as if she’s pulling me in.

She hops from the swing and saunters toward me in slow motion, I swear.

Nadia was right.

Jourdan is wearing the smallest pair of shorts I’ve ever seen that wasn’t actually just underwear and a strappy sports bra thin enough for me to see that her nipples are hard. She has a black fanny pack thrown across her chest to match her tennis shoes. Her long braids are pulled into a high ponytail. She looks like she’s about to shoot a modeling campaign for a line of activewear clothing rather than work out.

“Are you cold?” I blurt out as soon as she’s close.

“No,” she says with a smirk. She walks directly into me, and I don’t expect that. I find myself stumbling to catch up to her familiar greeting, my hands landing on her waist as she lifts onto her toes, places her hands on my shoulder, and lands a firm kiss on my cheek.

I feel her bare skin under my fingers for the first time since the last time we saw each other — the first time we met — I was dry humping her while we kissed. The feeling of her soft skin is electrifying. I pull her closer, and her arms wrap around my neck.

She sighs into my ear. “Did you miss me?”

My dick pulses. “Yes.”

She moves forward and grinds her stomach against me. “Good. I missed you, too.”
