His voice is a heated whisper. I know he’s moved somewhere for a bit of privacy. God bless whatever corner he’s found so he can say this. “If you need to pretend I’m there, you can,” he whispers. “But you don’t need to. I know how much she wants you, and you want her, and that’s all I need.”
Nadia begins to walk toward me slowly.
“You’re a lucky woman,” I tell her.
She smiles. “I hear that a lot. I know.” She stops in front of the chair and lifts her leg onto the arm of it. “Why don’t you show me just how lucky I am.”
Darren grunts, curses, and hangs up the phone.
careful
She insinuates that I should get on my knees for her in a strong tone that Darren would never use, and I like that.
Love. That. Actually.
But I did have a plan for tonight, and Darren is right; even though it’s not turning out exactly as I’d imagined, there’s no need to throw the baby out with the bathwater. So, instead of getting on my knees and reminding myself of how good her pussy tastes and how much I made her come barely a week ago, I gently place my hands on her soft hips and lean forward to press my mouth against her stomach before I slowly push her away.
She looks at me with eyes full of confusion and hurt as I stand from the chair. I drop my phone into the seat and stand in front of her.
“We’ll get there,” I promise us both, “but before that, I brought some of Tiffany’s new body butter. When she heard I was going to see you, she practically gave me her entire line for you to try.” I roll my eyes at this but then smile. “Can I give you a massage?” I ask that question in a husky voice an ex once told me made him hard in an instant, but my voice is also shaking. Although, it’s not nerves running through me but lust, and I see it mirrored in Nadia’s eyes.
She nods slowly, and then I turn her toward the bed.
