Oh my God, she wants to go to bed! Excitement and nervousness fought for the upper hand as Madison jumped up and pulled Sherry with her to the bedroom.

Sherry refused to think about whether this was going to be a mistake or not. If she’d taken a moment to reflect, she would have probably been shocked by her own reaction.

Nobody but Madison knew whether she had told Sherry the truth. Yet one thing was clear: Madison didn’t want her to go. Sherry didn’t want to leave either. Maybe she would later regret what she was about to do, but just this once she wanted to do something for herself and nobody else.

She wanted Madison. As she had never wanted anybody before. She wanted to feel her, to taste her. Everywhere. It was a strange and overwhelming feeling.

She let go of Madison’s hand and threw her pillow on the bed. When she turned, she saw Madison leaning against the closed bedroom door. At first sight, Madison appeared relaxed and casual in her pose in the dim light from the nightstand. But on closer inspection, she looked tense and appeared to be trembling.

All doubts left her. No matter what happened tomorrow, she wouldn’t regret getting intimate with Madison.

Sherry moved toward Madison like a wild animal stalking its prey. She barely recognized herself, but she felt more like herself than she ever had.

With both hands, she pressed Madison by her shoulders against the door. She took full control of her mouth and everything else. Her hands slid over Madison’s satin pajamas while her tongue explored her mouth hungrily. So good.

Madison tasted of mint and something that was just Madison. It was like an aphrodisiac. “Bed.” Sherry pulled the stumbling Madison behind her. She stopped next to the bed and turned so that she could take Madison’s face into both hands and search her eyes. What she saw there took her breath away. Passion reflected in those wide eyes, but also tenderness and…love?

“Sherry?” Madison asked. Her expression mirrored the insecurity in her voice.

Sherry’s body screamed at her to give up thinking and to focus on feeling and nothing else. But her mind had other plans. She sighed, frustrated that she couldn’t shut off the rational part of her brain and live in the moment for once.

“You’ve changed your mind?” Madison took a step back and stared at the floor. “It’s okay. I understand.”

“No!” Sherry pulled Madison closer. She waited until Madison met her gaze before she said, “I know how difficult it is for you to talk about your feelings. But please give me an honest answer.” She swallowed. “What do you feel for me?”
