- Meet Melissa
She drove her hips back as he thrust forward, their bodies hammering to the same frantic beat, until they spiraled over the edge together, her pussy clamping down around him as she cried out his name, and he grunted out hers. He wished he could brand her from the inside out, claim her as his own. Ruin her for any other man. But as their lust-filled cries, moans, and curses rang out, he closed his eyes, telling himself this night would be their last.
NEARLY TWO HOURS and multiple orgasms later, the sheets damp with their sweat, empty condom wrappers littering the floor, they lay staring up at the ceiling, spent and panting.
Madigan’s head rested on the crook of Tobias’s shoulder, their sides touching. Her skin was soft, and hot, and even after several rounds of phenomenal sex, she was too enticing to ignore.
“Water,” Madigan said weakly. “I need water. My body hasn’t been contorted in so many positions since I tried doing yoga with my friend Marly last year.”
He grinned at her cuteness and pressed a kiss to her temple. As he did it, the intimacy of the act struck like a blow to the gut. He needed to get the hell out of there before she cast more of a spell on him.
“I’ll get you some water.” He strode into the bathroom to take care of the condom and berated himself as he washed up. He should have left after the blow job, or at least after their first round of sex. But everything about her, from her cute comments and determined challenges to her sensuality and willingness to push boundaries, drew him in like metal to magnet. This had to be the last time they hooked up. Madigan was too exciting, too challenging, too adorable, too sexy. Too fucking easy to hang out with and get close to.
When he came out of the bathroom, she was lying on her stomach, her arms crossed beneath her cheek, pink bite marks on her ass and shoulder. The sight of those marks thrilled him more than they should. He had no right to brand her like that, but when she’d ridden him backward, all that creamy skin had called out to him, and when he’d bitten her shoulder, she’d come so hard, she’d pulled him over the edge with her.
He looked away and headed out of the bedroom, taking a look around her living room as he gathered his clothes. Everything about the place felt like her, feminine, creative, unafraid to be who she wanted to be. He pulled on his boxer briefs and jeans and gathered the papers he’d thrown off the table, skimming a few of the designs and a lengthy to-do list outlining phone calls and her puppetry schedule. Madigan wasn’t just a twentysomething fumbling through life, like the few other women he’d hooked up with. She was an incredible, funny, beautiful, stable creative businesswoman with a family who went to great lengths to protect her. While he had no clue what his future held and a family that had cast him aside without so much as a backward glance.
