He snaps out of the trance and tries to reach for my purse, but I’m still holding onto his wrist. He has to contort his body to snatch my purse before he collapses into the seat, my bag in his lap. We’re both out of breath.
Jourdan laughs and pulls her arm from between my legs, and then she leans over me, her breasts pressing into my side. She reaches for Darren’s face — her fingers coated with me — and turns his face toward her.
“You’re chaos,” he says, already leaning forward.
“You love it,” she replies.
And then, for the first time ever, I’m watching a woman who isn’t me kiss my husband.
There was always the chance that when we got to this moment, when we saw each other with Jourdan — or anyone — that this grand fantasy would fall apart. I cannot express how happy I feel that it does not. It’s the opposite, actually.
I’ve never seen Darren kiss anyone else before, even though I know how good of a kisser he is. But there’s a new layer of desire that builds inside me as I watch my husband’s lips press against Jourdan’s. I love the way the different shades of their brown skin blend perfectly together. The flash of Darren’s white teeth. Their pink tongues. Jourdan’s gloss transferring to Darren’s mouth. The way he slicks his tongue into her mouth, how she whispers against his lips, the warmth of his hand when it lands heavily on my thigh.
“Fuck,” I breathe, squirming in my seat.
Jourdan pulls away from Darren’s mouth and smiles down at me. “Soon,” she says. “Ooh, Red Vines.” She grabs the bag of candy from his hand and rips it open. “I heard this movie is fucking terrible,” she says, a vine hanging from the side of her mouth.
Darren is huffing in the seat next to me. “Chaos.”
The movie really is terrible. Or maybe it’s just that I’m so horny that I can’t focus on the thin ass plot. Either way, as soon as the opening credits roll, I’m over it.
Darren and Jourdan, however, are weirdly into it. Of course.
I take a Red Vine from the bag in Jourdan’s lap and chew it with unnecessary force.
“He’s evil,” Darren says.
“Completely,” Jourdan breathes. “I’m rooting for him, though.”
Darren chuckles. Jourdan turns to smile at him, and that softens my mood, even if it doesn’t ease the force of my libido. I reach for another Red Vine and slouch down in my chair. Jourdan winks at me and then turns back to the screen.
Okay, this wasn’t what I expected or what I had dressed for, but it’s nice.
