“I love you,” he whispers against my hair.
Taking his lips with mine, I try to taste those words, what his kiss tastes like when he says them.
Since I moved back to Wickett six months ago, I haven’t spent one day without kissing those words, and I never want to go another day without it.
“I love you too,” I answer. Hand in hand, we walk back to where he parked the bike. I know we are still taking every day one at a time, and Logan will never be out of the dark when it comes to the addiction, but as long as I’m here, he’ll have me to keep him afloat. And I plan to be here for as long as he is.
Letter to the Reader

Substance abuse and drug addiction is not something I write about lightly. The pain Logan and his loved ones endured is something personal and sincere for me.
I hope this story brings you hope and encourages you to reach out to someone you love who may be struggling. Take that shit one day at a time, friends.
If you or someone you know is deep into the fucked up reality that is addiction, please reach out and get help.
National Helpline: Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Stay safe, my loves, and live to fight another fucking day.

She hates me.
And for good reason.
I put her brother away ten years ago. But it’s up to me to keep Wicked Beach safe.
Suddenly, there’s a new dealer on the beach, and getting close to Shelby could get me the answers I need.
But it’s becoming a lot harder to hate her when she’s tearing my walls down.
Because Shelby knows my secret.
I need her, but this girl knows how to put up a fight.
Warning: Defiant deals with issues of child abuse and assault. It is the third installment in the Wicked Hearts series, although each book could be read as a standalone. It wouldn’t be a Sara Cate book without tons of angst and a hate-to-love-him alpha-virgin and a feisty heroine ready to show him the ropes, literally. Welcome back to Wicked Beach!

They call me Dangerous.
Which is fine by me.
I prefer to keep things simple, and I don’t mind being alone.
It’s not like I have a problem getting women.
So when Savannah shows up at my shop, throws herself at me, and then disappears...I don’t think anything of it.
Except she’s not really gone.
Suddenly, she’s the only person standing between me and everything I want.
With the deed to my shop in her grasp, Savannah holds all the power she needs.
