I sat up and grabbed her head, kissed her hard, and threw her on the bed. I was in a frenzy and tried pulling her panties off but couldn’t until first unclipping the garter straps. She helped, then pushed her panties down herself. I ran my hands up her smooth inner thighs. She was glistening even though I had yet to touch her, but I did then, moving impatiently. I buried my face for a quick thirty seconds just to taste her and then I jumped up and entered her and the apartment swam with moans and sighs. I was ready to burst before I was even in, and it took no time at all to finish, a minute at the most. I pulled out of her and came on her stomach. I was still raring to go. I wiped the cum away with my wadded-up shorts and went back down on her until she came, then I entered her again and did it right this time, taking my time, moving slower, more sensuously. We reached at the same time, then collapsed into one another, breathing heavily, satisfied, smiling and kissing until it was time to go again.

“You sure we have to get up?” I asked, naked, exhausted, only half awake. It was six o’clock. All told, we had made love six times. It was a new record for me. I hoped it was for her, too.

“I don’t want to.”

“Me either,” I said. “Ten more minutes.”

She leaned over me and reached under the bed to grab her shirt. I laughed, being reminded of the time I crawled beneath the bed to remove her panties from my pocket the morning after we had met.

“What are you laughing at?” she asked as she pulled on her shirt.

I told her the story.

“Please tell me that isn’t true.”

I smiled. “I’m afraid it is, darlin’.”

“You’re a pervert.”

“You’re not figuring that out only now, are you?”

“Well, I guess not.”

“Atta girl,” I said.

Just then I thought I heard a noise from upstairs.

“Did you hear that?” I asked.

“Hear what?”

I sat up, listening closely.

“Hear what?” she asked again.

“Shhh.”

We were both silent. I could hear a train in the distance, thirty seconds off.

“Damn it,” I said.

“What?”

The train passed, obstinate and loud. Ten seconds after the last car passed, another train ran in the opposite direction.

I threw up my hands. “Of course, why wouldn’t another train pass right now?”

I crawled out of bed and pulled on my underwear.

“I thought I heard yelling upstairs, something breaking.”

“You sure?” she asked.

“No.”

“From Gene’s?”

“Yes, I think so.”

I sat on the edge of the bed listening. Then a door slammed shut, followed by the sound of feet racing down one flight of stairs, then another.

“Well, I definitely heard that,” Carolyn said.
