“I’m going to fall back,” he said, still trying to dodge the inevitable argument. “This is an issue that can’t be solved with you in one place and me in another. I know I made a promise to never cheat on you again, and I’ve kept that promise.”
“Sincere, I want to believe you so bad, but I just can’t. I refuse to let you continue to handle me this way,” Kisa cried.
“Baby, please don’t do this right now. I swear on the kids I didn’t do nothing with that girl, or with anybody else.” Sincere paused, having heard a knock on his door. “I’m on the phone. I’ll be out in five minute, yo.”
The door opened as if he had said come in, and a tall, svelte, scantily clad female waltzed in. “Come on, we’ve been waiting on you for like twenty minutes.”
Sincere tried covering the mouthpiece, but Kisa heard the female’s voice, and she was livid. “Who the fuck is that, Sincere?”
“That’s Shawn’s people.”
“What-the-fuck-ever, yo. I’m done anyway.” Kisa mashed the end button.
Irate, Sincere wasted no time turning his anger on the female. “Did I tell you to come in? Don’t ever bring your dumb ass back to this room again! I don’t care if God tell you. Tell Shawn I’m not going anywhere now, especially if your shit-for-brains ass is going. Get out my room and shut my damn door, you stupid bitch.”
On the verge of tears, the girl did as he said, then took off running downstairs.
Sincere called Kisa more than five times before she answered. When she picked up, she straight spazzed. “Stop calling my phone, you ignorant bastard. I don’t want to hear no lame excuses or weak, bullshit apologies.”
“You need to calm down. That was Shawn’s people you heard.”
“Save it, Sincere ’cause. I’m not trying to hear it at all. Your bullshit never stops. It’s just like your selfish ass to be on the run, partying, and fucking with bitches while I’m here, holding it down as usual. On everything I love, I promise you, the day that you get back, divorce papers will be waiting on you.”
