“No, you don’t.”
I should’ve been disappointed, but instead, my mouth pulled up in a smirk at her tenacity.
“I know that you don’t like your mother. On some level, you love her because she is your mother, but you don’t like her as a person, and you don’t like her or the lies she tells. You also love art and the beauty of life and death. You don’t like that I know these things, and you are still fighting urges you don’t want to face.”
She looked over her shoulder at me.
“I also know your favorite color is purple, and your favorite breakfast food is waffles, but you don’t like to eat too many for fear of getting fat and no longer being desirable. However, that would never be the case. You listen to country music as a guilty pleasure, tap your pen when you’re thinking hard, prefer to use blue over black, and like your loose jeans and hoodies best. Sunshine, I can tell you what flavor your favorite ice cream is and your routine when you’re getting ready for bed. I know everything about you.”
Her mouth was hanging open, and I could see the shock in her eyes. “Yet, you continue to be a naughty girl and lie to me, but really you’re only lying to yourself.” Stepping away from her body, I backed out of the shower and leaned against the sink with my arms crossed.
“What?” Kirby turned around and stared at me, her eyes going to the outline of my cock behind my wet jeans. She licked her lips, and as sexy as that was, it wasn’t enough for me to give her what she wanted.
“I told you to tell me what you wanted. That meant to tell me the truth, Sunshine. Bad girls don’t get to come. Now wash up, and no playing with yourself. I’m staying right here to make sure of it.”
“Are you kidding me?”
“Does it look like I’m kidding?” Her lips pressed into a firm line as her hands clenched into tight fists. “You’re going to learn that I don’t like liars, and have more control than anyone you’ve ever met.” She sucked in a deep breath and wiggled her legs together, and I knew the pressure inside of her had built to the point that she was now uncomfortable. “And you know what else you’re going to learn?”
She crossed her arms over her chest and glared. “What’s that?”
