- ABOUT THE AUTHOR
- Stalk Me Links
A cold dread replaced the earlier heat as Cain stepped close to me and stared down into my eyes. He lifted one of his wide shoulders and let it drop, but his eyes held the answer, and the answer was yes. Closing my eyes, I slowly turned around, and goosebumps rose all over my body as he stepped in close enough that I could feel the heat of his body through the material.
“I like this obedient side to you, Sunshine.” He grabbed the strands of long hair hanging over my shoulder and pulled them back—his fingers grazing against the side of my neck as he did. “You really are a good girl, Sunshine, and I think you like being a good girl for me,” Cain said, his voice no more than a whisper as his breath fanned against my neck and forced another round of shivers from my body. “You want me to touch you, don’t you?”
“You’re delusional,” I said, but my knees shook as his chest brushed my back.
“I’m many things, Sunshine, but delusional is not one of them. Reading people, on the other hand….” He ran his fingers down my arm. “Reading their bodies.” Cain groaned beside my ear, and I had to bite my lip hard to keep from moaning. “Knowing what drives them and excites them…it’s what I do best. Now open your mouth.” His lips skimmed against my ear, and a moan tumbled from my mouth. I expected him to bite it for whatever reason and that sick part of me really wanted him too.
It didn’t feel like my body was my own as I gently swayed on my feet. He was intoxicating, and I hated myself for being so easily affected by his presence, but I couldn’t deny that there was a charge that stirred in the depths of my body.
Could lack of human contact do this?
Unfortunately, the reality was I’d been thinking and dreaming about him before he took me. His fingers reached around, his hand easily able to wrap around my throat, but instead, he pulled the remaining wisps of hair away from my face as intimately as any lover.
Tears welled in my eyes as the fear and anger, mixed with more emotions that confused me and made me feel out of control, surfaced.
“Open up, Sunshine. Open that pretty mouth of yours, don’t make me hurt your dear old dad.”
Dutifully, my jaw dropped open, and my nose flared as the hard rubber was inserted into my mouth and the straps tightened behind my head. He placed his hands on my shoulders and slowly turned me around to face him. His eyes immediately went to the tear sliding down my cheek. My eyes snapped shut, and I forced myself to become a statue as he traced the tear with the tip of his tongue.
