Special thanks also go to my editor, Deb Nemeth, who always makes my writing better; to Rachel McMillan for reading an early draft of this story; to my cover designer, James Egan; to Colleen Sheehan for formatting; and—as always—to my parents, whose assistance made it possible for me to meet my deadline in spite of numerous personal catastrophes.

Lastly, I’d like to thank you, my readers, for sticking with this series to the end. You may wonder if it truly is the end. For Justin, Tom, Alex, and Neville, the answer is yes. However, I do have ideas for a few novellas to resolve some loose ends with Teddy and others, as well as possible future books featuring the children of the four orphans. Stay tuned!
