‘Within us resides all that resides in the Paramatma, The Prime Soul, The Creator, the Goddess, God, Primordial Guru. We are the spark from that Great Flame. Whatever the Great Flame contains, the spark shall contain too. The One resides in each one of us. You need to dive within to reach that Pearl. Now, pertaining to your question, if an individual was to sit silently and pray, meditate or chant, without the certain belief and realization that he or she is not the body, then what takes place is we have already begun with duality rather than Oneness. If I am not coming from energy consciousness but from body consciousness, then I come forth from duality as the body stands between you and The One. You believe you are the body, which means you are separate from The One. So, first and foremost, if you believe that you are not the body but the energy in the body, when you sit to pray, chant, meditate, you begin with the complete realization that you are the energy, connecting to the Prime Energy, your Mother Source, your source of origin. When you begin your prayer or meditation, with the complete understanding that you too are energy and you are connecting with your Source, your Origin, which is one and the same thing, that you are the spark from the Great Flame, drop from the Great Ocean, you begin with Oneness. You begin with an existing connect and a real foundation to build on. When you do not commence with this simple philosophy then you commence with duality; you are the body, you are separate, and you want to connect with the Great Flame, which is the Great Energy, which is something completely different from who you are, and the worst possible thing for you to believe is that this Great Energy is not inside you, but is something external, which now you have to bring forth within you and then you need to become one with It. All this happens because you are coming forth from an external source; identifying yourself as somebody else and the great Energy as somebody else. You are yourself and this great Energy is far away, some alien entity that you now need to befriend and make One with yourself. Please, for God’s sake, tell Me you understand this, beta, as I am worried, seeing that completely blank look on your face that you don’t get a word that I am saying.’

It just won’t happen as you shall come from duality, seeking Oneness, rather than come from Oneness to perpetuate the state of unison.’
