Brodie elbowed him in the gut. “Later.”

“You have news?” her mother asked.

Brodie was about to say something, when Delilah noticed the ring. She lifted Rosalina’s hand. “Are you kidding me right now?”

“What is it?” Knox saw the ring. “They’re engaged.”

“You’re getting married?” Callie said.

Everyone moved in closer, touching, reaching for hugs, and she got completely swept away in their excitement.

Her father reached for her, pulling her into his arms. “I’m so proud of you.”

“I love you, Papa.”

He released her to shake Brodie’s hand. Around them, everyone spoke over each other, celebrating the news. Brodie had an arm around her, and her mother didn’t miss the location of his hand on her belly. She glanced up, a question in her eyes.

Rosalina nodded. “And I guess it’s the right time to add one more bit of news…we’re also having a baby.”

“You’re what?” Her sister practically jumped into her arms. “I’m going to be an Auntie.”

“I’m going to be a grandmother?” Her mother looked stunned.

“Well, look at that,” Callie said. “The brother the least likely to settle down is the first one to have a baby.”

Brodie snugged Rosalina against him, kissing her cheek, and whispering, “I’m the luckiest damn man in the world. I’ve got everything I could ever want right here.”
