I grabbed his face and pressed my body against him, dipping deeper into his mouth and exploring as much as he would allow. I was full-on insane now, kissing my brother like a freak. His tongue glanced mine. Once. Twice. Then they slid together, tangling and no longer fighting the resistance.
I wasn’t sure when it happened since I was so busy battling with my head and remembering who it was in my arms, but it went from clunky and weird to something resembling a kiss.
Asher was kissing me back!
Fuck! No. Ender! It’s Ender, goddammit.
It lasted no more than ten seconds. Twenty at most before we launched away from each other, gasping, panting, and with mirrored looks of horror and panic.
“End scene,” Asher rasped as he wiped his mouth and turned away from me. My skin grew hot from head to toe. Like an inferno, and it wasn’t calming. It was then when I realized the bulge in my underwear was a little more prominent than it should be.
I jammed a hand over my crotch and dove onto his bed, face down. Asher hadn’t turned back around, so I didn’t think he saw. It wasn’t my damn fault. I was young and hadn’t been with a guy since the dreaded night Matilda had ruined my life by interrupting what might have turned into a reciprocal blowjob.
“Was … that any better?” Asher’s voice was still rough and gravelly.
“It was great. I mean. I think it worked.” My cheeks flamed.
“Do you think it was enough for Lewis?”
I considered the whole scene again from beginning to end. There were a lot of faltering moments, a few disgusted faces, and a lot of hesitation. It didn’t feel like it was good enough, but I couldn’t tell Asher that.
“Lewis will be blown away.”
Asher spun, his cheeks were the same rosy color as mine. His lips were red from our kiss. “I-I don’t think it was good enough. It was kinda shitty, if I’m being honest.”
I gulped.
“I’m serious. We need to do it again except without all the uncertainty. Get up.”
I assessed the state of my dick, deciding if it was cooperating. It felt … mostly under control. Sliding off the bed, I met Asher in the middle of his room. He was deep in thought, the groove between his brows pronounced.
“So, who were you thinking about when you kissed me?” I asked.
“Shut up, I’m trying to get into character, and you’re messing me up.”
