- about the author
“There hasn’t been a single day since meeting you that I haven’t thought about you. You’ve made every one of my hopes come true. And there’s not a single part of me that wants to live in a world without you. Forever’s not long enough. Yes. A million times, yes,” I breathe, pulling his mouth to mine.
We stay like that for a while—laughing, touching, kissing. When I finally open the small box, there it is: a silver band, simple and exactly my style.
He just knows me. He always has.
Who would’ve thought we’d end up here?
Two best friends. Chasing the same girl. Falling for each other instead—and loving every second of the ride.

Catch Me If You Can is officially the second book I've published, and for that reason, it holds a special place in my heart.
A lot of this story was inspired by my personal journey with sexuality and coming out as bisexual. That process can be scary, confusing, and lonely—so the people around you become everything.
I was lucky to have an incredible support system from a young age. I know, sadly, that’s not the case for everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community. That’s why I want to take a moment to thank the people in my life who loved me, accepted me, and made it possible for me to write a book like this—because that kind of love comes from experience, and I carry it with me.
To my fiancé, Cameron, Nancy, my mom, my sisters Tanya and Yasmin, and my best friends Hayley and Tyrzah—thank you. Without your constant love and support, I wouldn’t even be here to share this story. You all have saved my life on numerous occasions and the love I have for you all burns so deeply.
To my dad, who is no longer with us—Thank you for loving me exactly as I was. Truthfully, I’m not sure if you would’ve been 100% okay with my coming out—but something deep down tells me you would’ve loved me anyway. What I do know for sure is that you’d be proud of me for chasing my dreams.
I miss you every day, and I carry your love with me always.
To my incredible beta readers—Sam, Lucia, Aisling, and Megan—thank you for helping this book become the best it could be. You weren’t just my support team—you helped me make this story shine with your thoughtful feedback, your honesty, and your encouragement.
To my amazing ARC readers: you never fail to make this journey a fun one! Thank you for being there, making me smile constantly, and cheering me on every step of the way. A special thank-you to Megan, Ryan, Luke, Alejandro, Reanna, Abby, Charlotte, Regina, Tae, Charley, Penni, Nikki, Gaby, Ari, Kayla, Fannie, Sallie, Jan, Tish, Samantha, Laura, Savannah and Quin. You weren’t just ARC readers—you were my cheerleaders, my backbone, and my support system. Your love and support during this monumental moment in my life has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.
