‘How do I allow these sensations and this Energy to always be present within me? The answer is really simple. When I believe that I am not the body but the spark of the Great Flame, and the Great Flame through this spark always resides within me. Then I begin my prayers, chanting, and meditation, already aware that the Great Flame resides within me. Just as I am aware when I am eating, bathing, working, talking, going about life, knowing that this Great Flame resides within me, through the spark within me, I already am in Oneness even before I sit for meditation. I am not trying to be in Oneness, I am Oneness, as I am not this body, but the energy in this body and this energy is the spark of the Great Flame. When I chant The Name, I am not calling out to the One, outside me, that please come to me or enter me or be within me. No, I am doing the very opposite. I already know that The One is within me; I am just trying to make the Fire grow stronger within me. I am trying to wake up The One within me or make The One within me further awakened. I am already internal. I am only going further within. I am only trying to clean the mirror so that I can see my true self more clearly. I am trying to fan the flame and make it into a raging fire within me. So, every time I chant The Name or pray or meditate, I do it with the surety that the Energy already resides within me and my duty and dharma, my sole and soul purpose of life is to bring forth His and Her Presence with greater intensity awakened within me. If it is dormant then to wake up the Energy, if it is a slight flame then to fan that flame into a fire, if it is a fire then become one with that Fire, but all is within me, as I am the spark of that Great Flame. There is nothing external, it is all internal within me; it is Me. There is no difference between the spark and the Great Flame, it is all One. By believing this and then praying, chanting, meditating, working, bathing, speaking, doing anything, one only goes more and more within. The One who is dormant in our spiritual genes, gets woken up, and then begins to operate from our very within. The more you wake up the Energy within, the more She or He operates from our very within. We need to believe that The One resides within us and through our prayers, chants, breath, the flame becomes a Fire. We have to slowly fan the flame. We need to slowly and tenderly wake up our Goddess, God and Guru who resides within us. The more we pray or meditate or live this way, being certain that She or He resides within, sleeping like a child, tenderly, like a mother wakes up the child, if we keep at it, one day, we will feel The One within awakened and that will be the first step towards self-realization and also become one with all the mystical treasures which one has within our own selves. From within we need to dive in further. Never external to internal, beta, as everything is already within. Then when we come out of our prayers, chants and meditation, we shall continue to feel The One within us and who knows, maybe even for the entire day, as you and The One are not two separate entities but are One. Thus, knowing that you are a part of The One, slowly you too shall become The One. But this needs to come from within and to go further within. Not you to come from duality and seek Oneness. Search for The One within you, and by operating from being the energy within you, you will activate the dormant memory of you and the Goddess as The One. This is how you will then live through the day and be in Oneness. Whenever you feel the duality, you go back into prayer, meditate and reconnect with the Great Fire. The more you do so constantly, the more you will live in this state of Oneness. If you and I are created by The One, then we imbibe The One within us. It may be in a very dormant state or not in a state of dynamic magnitude, but each one of us has to have within us all that the Creator embodies or the same Divine Presence. You have to believe in this reality. The Great Fire that burns within each of us has the power to light up the cosmos, don’t roam about in circles in the dark. The truth of life is that in each being exists The One.’
