‘Yes, idiot child of mine. But remember this inquiry has to truly come from within. The need to know who you truly are should be like an insatiable hunger, eating your very core and it is then that this change becomes inevitable. It shouldn’t be just some process for the reason of an exercise. You should want to change for the better by knowing yourself the best and then once the answers are with you then you need to work with the raw material to help you create a better you, working with your strengths, keeping a distance from your weaknesses and converting your limitations into something that will help you become a stronger and a better human being. This transformation to make yourself a better human being or to make your Goddess, God and Guru, more happy and proud of you, should be a desperate need and an insatiable want. Remember what you are doing: you are cleansing your energy within you, allowing the Goddess’s Energy to recreate you. In fact, this is like a new birth that shall take place. From a caterpillar you shall be transformed into a butterfly. It shall be achieved with your need for change and the Goddess’s blessings to fill you up with Her Energy, Her Shakti to make the change not only possible but also permanent. Her Energy makes things permanent. Remember, eventually for such a transformation to take place you need the blessings of The One but you need Her Energy, Her Shakti. This evolution is revolutionary. It is like, for the first time, coming face to face with Fire in the depth of the night in the densest of forests. It is not for the faint-hearted. Sometimes you will have to take steps that will go against all you have stood for or all that which you thought was normal or justifiable. This change might make you take certain decisions which you would not dare give any energy to in your wildest of dreams. This Shakti will make you into another human being in order to become a better human being. Sometimes one needs to be ruthless to be tender, one needs to be cruel to be kind. Such changes will happen naturally when you walk this Path of self-inquiry.
