SOME NOTES ON THIS BOOK’S PRODUCTION

The photo on the cover, entitled “Deltoid,” is by Matthew Finley. Jonathan Yamakami created the pattern overlaid on this photo using brush and ink on paper, which he then digitally manipulated using Photoshop. The text was set, by Westchester Publishing Services in Danbury, CT, in Miller Text, designed by Matthew Carter and released through Font Bureau in 1997, famous for its use in U.S. newspapers. The display text was set in Columbia Sans, a sans-serif typeface designed in 2017 by Jean-Baptiste Levée of the French foundry Production Type, and was originally conceived as a sans-serif version of Times New Roman. This e-book was created by Westchester Publishing Services.

Production was supervised by Leslie Cohen and Freesia Blizard
