Are Jasper Des Lauriers and Noelle Daniels dating?

A few photos were attached to it, images of Noelle and Jasper laughing together in the Great Hall, them sitting together on the stairs outside with Jasper’s arm around her shoulders and her hand on his knee while they were looking at something on his phone, Jasper hugging her after a basketball game victory.

Even though I was pretty sure they weren’t together, seeing as Noelle was currently busy with someone else, I could see why someone who looked at these photos might mistake their friendship for something more. Especially after reading the article that accompanied them:

Since Noelle Daniels and Jasper Des Lauriers arrived at Seven Hills three years ago, they seem to be attached at the hip. Whenever you see one of them, you can be sure the other isn’t far. Whenever they’re together, there’s loads of physical contact, initiated by both of them.

It really wouldn’t be a surprise: we all know that Noelle isn’t too picky and that Jasper isn’t one to decline a hookup. Could Seven Hills’ two hottest students really be a thing?

Curious about Jasper, whom everybody at this school from Miss Pepperman to The Watcher seemed to talk about, I clicked the link that took me to all the articles about him.

After only a few minutes of research, I knew that Jasper had been attending Seven Hills for the past four years and had made a name for himself with several plays he had written and directed for the school’s drama club.

He was from Marseilles, which explained his French accent, and according to the blog, he was pretty damn rich because both his parents were surgeons in France. He also had two sisters, Alice and Catherine, who were twins and had graduated from Seven Hills two years ago.

Similar to Noelle, there were a few articles about several flings he’d had at Seven Hills, though they weren’t nearly as many as Noelle’s and nowhere near as mean.

At the moment he was in some kind of relationship with a guy named Sam from the drama club, but according to The Watcher, it was nothing serious.

There also was an introductory article from two years ago about him, but it didn’t reveal any new information besides what I had found out already.

And then there was a picture of him. It was the first photo of someone on this entire blog that looked good: Jasper was sitting on the front stairs with his head in a book, hair fal -

ing in his eyes, and a faint smile on his lips, his dark coat billowing in the wind. Either he was extremely photogenic and The Watcher hadn’t managed to take a bad picture of him, or the writer had a soft spot for him and had deliberately spared him the embarrassment.

Just when I had come to the conclusion that the former was probably the case, there was a quiet chuckle next to my left ear that made me jump.
