- ABOUT THE AUTHOR
For fuck’s sake!
I shove the fleshy part of my palm into my mouth and bite down to keep from screaming. He’s in a dirty fuck kind of mood. This is going to be fun.
“Can we talk about this later?” I rasp.
“Gladly, I can almost hear the sex dripping from your tone. We’re having a late breakfast downstairs at ten, so be done before then. And bring your boyfriend, we’re all going to be there.”
“Mm-hmm,” is all I can muster as Aleck’s tongue licks the length of me, then circles my clit while his fingers work me over rhythmically.
“See you later, Win.” Her tone mocking, then the line goes dead.
My boyfriend. Sondra called Aleck my boyfriend.
“Well,” Aleck reaches up and pries the phone from my grasp, bringing attention to the fact that I’m white knuckling it. “They know about us now,” he says, turning my phone off completely and sliding it across the nightstand.
He leans over me, his hard length pressing into my center, his knees bent under mine so I’m spread wide, my heat radiating between us.
My cheeks flame deeper as I realize he may not have wanted that. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to—”
“Sorry for what?” His mouth lowers over my breast, my hard nipple sucking into his mouth.
“Outing us.”
My boob pops out of his mouth and his eyes lift to meet mine. “Is there an us to out?” A slight smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth.
Shit. I just did it again! Shit. Shit. Shit.
“You said they know about us now… I just meant that…” I’m drowning. Somebody throw me a damn life raft. Or an anchor to put me out of my misery. “I didn’t mean—”
“Winter, relax.” His smirk becomes a chuckle. “I never wanted to keep what we’re doing a secret. That was all you, baby.”
I realize he’s right. I’ve been lying to my friends, keeping what we’ve been doing hidden. I asked him not to tell Preston, and he didn’t. That’s all been me.
“I meant what I said last night. While we’re here, I want everything. Do you still want the same?”
I take a deep breath of relief, ignoring the ache between my legs. He wants this. He wants me.
“I do. I still want this.”
Aleck’s eyes narrow on mine. His smile turns devilish. “You have yet to admit it… I want to hear you say it.”
“I just did.”
“No, you didn’t.”
I laugh, giddy from Aleck’s playfulness. “Okay, say what, exactly?”
“Repeat after me, Aleck Rexford Fox…”
I snort a laugh, dropping my head onto my pillow. “Rexford! Your middle name is Rexford?”
Aleck nods. “My biological parents didn’t give me a middle name. So when my actual parents adopted me and changed my last name to Fox, they gave me my adoptive paternal grandfather’s name.”
I drop the laughter because, honestly, that’s really sweet. Richard and Mildred Fox sound like such sweet people. “What was your name before?”
