  50. Epilogue

Our lips break apart, my forehead coming to rest on his, as our breathing mingles, becoming one.

“I’ve missed you so fucking much, Stone,” he breathes against my lips.

Goosebumps erect over every inch of my skin as my heart pounds behind my ribs, threatening to bust out. This moment is so intense I have to slam my eyes shut in fear of breaking down and crumbling.

I pull almost all the way out of him before sliding back in, both of us groaning in unison. He’s gripping my cock so fucking tight, it makes my breath catch in my throat. I reposition so I’m resting on my forearms instead of my hands, bringing me closer to his face as I pick up the pace.

I meant every single fucking word I admitted to Cash earlier. I’m so in love with him, it’s impossible to think sometimes. Falling for him wasn’t hard. In fact, it was the opposite… it wasn’t falling at all. It was walking into a new house and knowing without a doubt you’re home now. Being wrapped up in him is every single thing I ever wanted love to be, but never knew it could be.

With his gaze locked on mine, he lifts his head slightly, flicking his tongue inside my mouth and grazing my teeth, before nipping my bottom lip and eliciting a deep-throated growl from me. Reaching down, I grab one of his thighs, pushing it back against his chest as I use my other hand to grip the headboard and pound into him rougher.

Soft cries fall off his lips as he holds on to me like he’s scared to lose me, like I could ever walk away from him again.

The sound of our bodies moving together, and our shared groans, mix with the noise from the storm raging outside. The rain has picked up, beating down on the window as the thunder roars and the lightning brightens the night sky.

Emotion stings my eyes and coats the back of my throat as I take in his dazed and flushed face. He’s absolutely stunning when he’s blissed out like this. Fuck, who am I kidding? He’s fucking gorgeous, no matter what he’s doing.

In a move I don’t see coming, he wraps his legs around me and flips us, so he’s on top of me. With his hands planted firmly on my chest, he grinds on my lap as I’m still buried deep inside, with his head tossed back in pure ecstasy. His hair is wet with sweat and hanging in his face, and he can barely keep his eyes open as he shamelessly takes what he wants from me.

“Fuck, Stone…”
