  50. Epilogue

“Shh, shut up, ass face. Order us an Uber, so we can go to brunch and tell each other everything.”

I unlock my phone again, doing just that, as we make our way down the stairs. Thankfully, it doesn’t look like anyone is up, or if they are, they aren’t down here. The driver is only a few minutes out, so we head out front right away. It’s almost nine in the morning, and it’s already pretty warm.

We decide on the Rain Cafe, because they have a killer brunch and bottomless mimosas. Less than twenty minutes later, we’re sliding into a booth, ordering a round of drinks.

“I think you should know you have a hickey on your neck,” Kylie announces with a giggle.

My hand flies to my neck, rubbing around as if I could feel it. “Shut the fuck up. I do not.”

“Oh, but you do, my friend.”

Our mimosas are dropped off, and neither of us wastes any time guzzling them. My head is throbbing something fierce. Kylie looks like she feels as shitty as I do.

“Okay, you first, Ky.”

Covering her face with her hands, she sighs dramatically before peering at me through her fingers.

“We didn’t fuck, but we did fool around… extensively.”

“What the hell does that mean?” I laugh, bringing the glass up to my lips and taking another drink.

“You better give me details if you’re wanting them from me, Cash Charles!”

Holding my hands up in a mock surrender, I say, “I will. Chill.”

“Okay, fine.” She drops her hands onto the table, clasping them together. “He ate me out for like a fucking hour! I swear, I have never come so much in my goddamn life.”

“Damn! Really? That good?”

Our server brings us another round of mimosas and a plate of hash browns, and we dig in while Kylie continues.

“Yes! My fucking gosh. It was amazing, Cash. His tongue is pierced twice, and fuck me, he knows how to use it. My legs are sore right now from how bad they were shaking.”

“Is that all y’all did?”

She peers at me over her mimosa glass, a mischievous glint in her eyes. “No.”

“Then what?”

Holy fuck, these hash browns taste goddamn delicious.

“I may or may not have also sucked his dick.”

I throw my head back and laugh from my stomach. Kylie never gives head to guys she randomly hooks up with. She will only do it if she’s in a relationship or consistently sleeping with someone. It isn’t that she’s a prude, because she isn’t; she’s just the queen of getting what she wants from men, and nothing else.
