And with it…Nova.

Ryan
Silky, petal-soft fingertips brushed over my cheek. I knew that touch. Craved it. Would give anything for it to be real and not a memory. But if dreams were all I could have, I would take it.
I sighed contently and leaned into the touch.
“You must be exhausted,” her soft voice murmured at my ear, making goose bumps pop up along my entire body. My cock stood up, tenting the sheets and reminding me I’d fallen asleep naked. “You’ve slept the whole day away.”
I didn’t respond, just kept my eyes shut and enjoyed her caressing touch. This dream felt more real than any of the others I’d had of Nova. It was drawing out all of my senses. The feel of her pressed into my back. The smell of her hair as it tickled against my neck when she leaned forward to press her lips to my cheek. The sound of her sweet yet emotionally thick voice. The taste of something salty on my lips that I imagined were her tears…
Not even in my dreams could I handle the idea of my Nova crying. Turning onto my back, I forced my eyes open. It was dark outside the window, but a lamp had been turned on across the room on the small desk. It was weird that I was dreaming of her anywhere but my actual bedroom back in New York, but I was too caught up in her tears silently leaking down her beautiful face to consider the location my subconscious had given our latest reunion.
Cupping the side of her face, I wiped away her tears with my thumb. “Don’t cry, baby. Please. I can’t handle it when tears spill from those pretty eyes.”
She pressed closer into my palm. “S-sorry. I’m just so happy to see you.”
“Me too, my heart.” I drank in the sight of her. Her long blond hair falling over one shoulder, the ends brushing over my bare chest and making my entire body react as it grazed enticingly over my skin. Her face was bare of makeup, but her bottom lip was swollen, as if she’d been gnawing on it incessantly. I brushed my thumb over the fullness, amazed at how soft it was. “How do you get more and more beautiful every time I see you?” I mused aloud.
She gave a soft laugh. “Guzman said you were drunk, but I didn’t believe him.”
I grunted unhappily. “I don’t want to talk about him. We have so little time together, and I don’t want to waste it. It will be morning soon, and my alarm will go off. Kiss me, instead. Let me taste you until I have to wake up and leave you behind once again.”
Her chin trembled. “Ryan, I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize how hard this was for you. Please forgive me for being so immature. I was angry with you—with everyone—for leaving me here. When all along, I was the one who left you.”
