  25. About the Author

I opened my eyes, shaking my head violently. “No. I want this. Want you.” I clutched at his waist.

“Okay. I’m here. I’m not going anywhere. But we can talk first. You know how much I enjoy talking.” He rubbed his nose against mine.

A breath whooshed out of me, tension releasing. I tried to smile, and I was about to say that I didn’t want to say anything else—I just wanted him to keep going. But… Perhaps I did want to speak.

“It was only that one time with him. Mike. I didn’t come, and he took that picture. He was laughing.”

Theo’s jaw clenched. “I’m sorry. I hate him, and I hate that it happened like that. You deserve so much more. You believe that, don’t you?” His eyes searched mine, his face creased. “You don’t have to be perfect to deserve the best.”

I nodded, but he was still frowning, so I said, “I deserve more.”

“You do! Seriously, not just ‘more.’ You deserve the best! I’m going to give it to you. Not just fucking. I mean, I am absolutely going to do my best to fuck your brains out until you’re begging to come all over me. A hundred percent. But you deserve everything.”

“So do you.” I drew him down for a kiss. “You have such a way with words.”

Laughing, he sat back on his heels. “I’m eloquent as fuck, right? Articulate. Verbose? Or is that an insult. Hmm.”

“Garrulous.”

“Oh, that’s a good one! I’ll have to remember that.” He grew serious, brushing a hand over my hair. “Thank you for telling me.” He kissed my forehead. “You can always tell me anything.”

I nodded. “Now about what you promised…”

“Fucking your brains out?” Grinning, he stroked my cock and squeezed a finger back into my entrance. “I’m on it.”

Was he ever.

By the time he had my knees pressed to my chest and his cock buried inside me, I was sweating and moaning and desperate for release. The pain had subsided, and I urged him to move, tugging on him wherever I could reach.

“Prim and proper Henry Sakaguchi begging for it,” he teased.

I huffed. “Not prim and proper when I fucked you at the airport.”

Cheeks dimpling, Theo laughed. “Coarse language! And good point.” He eased back, then thrust hard, making me jolt. “How’s that?”

“Yes.”

He’d been so patient preparing me, and the fact that patience wasn’t his strong suit made it all the better. I told him it felt wonderful, which was the truth. It was nothing like that awful first time, and with Theo, I knew it never would be again.

After we came, he flopped on his back beside me and said, “Let’s do that a million more times.” Tensing, he pretended to laugh, looking at the ceiling. “No pressure. It’s not like we’re married. I’m sure you want to fuck a bunch of guys and sow your wild oats and all that stuff.”
