From across the tub, Damon began an underwater massage of my feet, working his way to my calves, then slowly moving up my thighs, taking his thumbs and massaging the innermost curve of my leg. He softly approached my lips, kissing once, twice, his tongue filling every crevice of my mouth. Then slowly, with one long stroke, he licked me from my face down to my neck, past my breasts and over my stomach. With a big breath, like an Olympic diver, underwater he went.
Taking a moment to breathe, he inhaled and went under again, this time for minutes, hours, days he went down. Single-handedly shattering two myths: one, that black people don’t swim and two, that black men don’t go down. He was part human, part dolphin. Like Finding Nemo he went down. Like he was reading a good book. Like he was headed to the Australian Outback. Like Mike Tyson in the Lennox Lewis fight. Like Cuba Gooding in Men of Honor, Damon was one bad motha—shut your mouth.
In one motion he stood, taking my hand. As I stood up, he lifted my dripping wet body, wrapping me in a warm towel that had been heated by his chrome-covered towel warmer. He carried me into his bedroom as if I were a gift. Jodeci followed us as he slowly lowered me onto his bed and with his hands, gently suggested I roll onto my stomach. I was in for a massage.
He started kissing me at the nape of my neck then went down my spine. This feels good, just a little foreplay and teaser, warming me up for the kill. Vertebrae by vertebrae, into the small of my back he kissed. Wow, this is different, he’s never gone that low. Still kissing and licking and lower and lower, kissing and licking. Wooooo! I was like Julie Andrews in The Sound of Music as I sang, “The hills are alive with the sound of Oooooo!” Then I became Patti LaBelle with my arms flapping, “Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high. Birds fly over the rainbow, why can’t Ooooo!” “Oooh woo woo.” I started sounding like Jeffrey Osborne as I woo woo wooed until he gently motioned for me to roll back over. Right about now, I was about to give this brother anything. Everything he was about to get he had earned .
